Return Policy on all Solar Panels products
If you are not fully satisfied within 14 days of the delivery date, email our customer service representitive at firstname.lastname@example.org or call our dedicated customer service at (1-212-673-6222) and they will assign to you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) which allows us to keep track of the return.
NOTE: We will not accept returned packages if a RAN has not been assigned to the order. If you return a package with out having been assigned a RAN the package will be denied and returned to you and all associated costs will be your responsibility.
The returned product must be in new and unused condition, in the original box with all the documentation, parts and accessories to insure full credit. "New and unused" means sale-able condition, not dirty and not washed. We cannot accept returns for an item with any indications that it has been used.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective. All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee and must be returned within 2 weeks (14 days) after receiving the item. If you have any questions about the restocking fee as it pertains to your order please call us before we ship the product as once it leaves the warehouse we have incurred our cost.

Note: Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives at your door damaged, broken or defective, we will either replace the broken parts if possible or ship out a new one in accordance with the shipping company's policies and the manufacturer's return policies.
Requests for replacement parts will be processed as quickly as possible. Please note that we are not able to express ship replacement pieces.
Note: Refunds will not be issued for damaged or defective water pumps - repair or replacements only.

Lost or Missing Packages
We utilize primarily UPS, FedEx and DHL to ship our products to customers. Occasionally we will use other companies, you can contact our customer service department to determine which shipping company will be delivering your packages. Unless you the customer pre-requests a "Signature Required" delivery we rely on our shippers delivery confirmation via tracking numbers to determine that an order has been succuessfully delivered. Occasionally customers will order products and not require a signature upon delivery and the package will be left on door step, back door, etc and the customer will not find the package due to theft or accidental loss. In these instances we, SolarHome.org, will not take responsibility for the missing package nor will we grant a refund or replacement and you the customer will need to file a claim directly with the shipping company.
If you have any concerns that your order or package will be removed from your residence or business prior to your taking possesion after it is delivered we encourage you to call our customer service department at (1-212-673-6222) or email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to placing an order and specifying you want a "Signature Required" delivery. This is an especially good idea for larger orders or if you have had problems in the past with missing packages. If you do ask us for a "Signature Required" delivery we will take full responsibilty of your delivery until the package has been signed for.
Please note that SolarHome.org does NOT offer product warranties. However, most of our product-manufacturers offer warranties that can be obtained independently from them.
Credit and Return Time
Please give us some time to process your return/exchange. It takes about 10 business days for us to receive the returned or exchanged product back from you. Within 72 hours of receiving the item back in our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail that reflects that your credit card has been credited.
All refunds granted are for the purchase price of the product only and can only be issued to the credit card used at purchase.
Canceling Your Order
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please call us at (1-212-673-6222) within four hours of placing your order to cancel it free of any charges.
Don't worry! Even after the four hours, our friendly customer service will do all that we can to stop the items from being processed and/or shipped but there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time
SolarHome.org reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing changes with manufacturers, pricing errors, ommissions, mistakes, or for any other reason. While we make every effort to satisfy every customer and fill every order, occasionally we make a mistake on our website regarding pricing, instock status of a product, or description. In these instances customer service will notify you of the mistake and ask if you would like to cancel the order or proceed with the correct pricing or information.
Low Price Guarantee
Solarhome will not be undersold. We offer the lowest prices on the best quality products in the solar and alternative energy industry. If you find a lower price on a product please contact us and we will do our absolute best to beat it! Please understand that there may be some circumstances where we cannot beat competitors pricing as we are an authorized dealer for all of our manufacturers and we do not ever sell refurbished or manufacturer defect items that you can find on other competitors websites. Information We Collect and How We Use It
We will never sell any customer information, including e-mail addresses, to any third party. This is our pledge to you, our customer. Information gathered by us will be used only by SolarHome.org for the purpose of setting up commercial accounts and communications regarding orders placed with SolarHome.org.
aquasolar.us collects certain information from and about its users three different ways: from our Web Server logs, the user, and with cookies.
A. Web Server Logs and Cookies: A cookie is a small text file placed on your computer’s hard disk by a Web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or viruses and ours automatically delete themselves after 5 days if you have not created a shopping cart during that time.
When you visit our site we may track information to administer the site and aquasolar.us may use the cookies to track your shopping cart information once you begin actively shopping here. The cookie also eases your shopping experience by loading pages faster.
We use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our website. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address, or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. B. Personal User Information: Visitors to our site can register to purchase merchandise. When you register, we will request some personal information such as name, address, email, telephone number, fax number, account number, and other relevant information. If you are purchasing merchandise we will also request financial information. The financial information we collect is used only to bill you for the merchandise you purchased. If you purchase using a credit card, this information may be forwarded to your credit card provider. For other types of registration, we may ask for the relevant info.
One month after your order is placed your credit card information is automatically deleted from our database. Your privacy is our first and main concern. We understand you want to purchase Mountain Bike Products online and not have to worry about compromising your personal information to do so.
Limitations: Even though we try our best to ensure your privacy and security and always look to use the best available and tested technologies to guard and protect our Web site and our customers, we cannot guarantee absolute security, as new security threats are constantly being dealt with.
